For me this was a profoundly peaceful and beautiful experience. I have known Alison for about 7 years and have had several life readings from her and attended one of her courses. I used to run my own holistic therapy business for 9 years and also taught Reiki before I had my daughter 3 ½ years ago. The Universal Journey process enabled me to shift blockages that had been holding me back over the past few years and made me feel complete again. I no longer felt so alone on my spiritual life journey. Universal Journey was simple in its approach and I was able to easily immerse myself within it. Alison is very good at making you feel instantly comfortable. Trusting the process and what I saw was very important. I can often over analyse things, however during my session that part of me seemed to silence itself somewhat. As we reached the level of the Grid of Life, I saw all my friends and family on there, as is everyone and every living thing. I realised how it was possible to access people – anyone in fact, on the grid and communicate with them. I feel that this is something that we all do, whether we are aware of it or not. From there, I could see all my lives, past present and future and felt very content. This was also a place where I felt that there was no time, or that I was outside what we think of as ‘time’. It was like a prism where I could reach out, up, behind, down and back again emotionally and mentally. The peace I felt was just amazing. It was so complete and so right. I realised that I exist in many different planes and layers. I felt re-born, the same me but more completely ‘me’ than before. It’s hard to put into words but basically it was like putting all the pieces of my jigsaw together. It was also a jigsaw that interconnected with everything else. Having always been very intuitive and sensitive, I had seen many aspects of this before but had not been able to pull it all together in the way Alison helped me to do. "I have been a client of Alison’s for about 8 years now, coming to her when I needed direction or had big life changes that needed making. Universal Journey followed on from this quite naturally and fitted in well with my own meditation and spiritual practice. I am a Personal Trainer/Exercise Therapist/Metabolic Typing Advisor. My professional development has included Pranic Healing/Arhatic Yoga Prep, Reconnective Healing and most currently, Shiatsu. We started our session with a quick relaxation. I saw that I was one with the Universe as my whole self reached out in all directions, as far as the eye could see. When I opened my eyes everything around me was yellow and glowing strongly… I felt very happy and relieved as it confirmed that I was more substantial somehow than I had previously thought, but had known all along. At one point I travelled through a tunnel, which was like being re-born; the start of a new cycle. I became aware that my hearing was heightened and sharpened and could actually hear silence. I had heard this before too and listening to it I felt connected to everything in the Universe. It was so peaceful and calm there… This was something that I recognized because I had seen the tunnel at least twice before in Meditations with Shamanic drumming and re-birthing sessions. However at the time they seemed like disjointed images, now I was able to put them into context and see the bigger picture. I felt a huge sense of relief at reaching the end of the tunnel this time; I was spiritually and physically free. I met my soul family... This was a very powerful experience. As Alison and I continued on upwards I knew I had reached the source of my being. I felt very calm and powerful there and very centered. At this point, I felt bigger and stronger, as if the whole experience had confirmed to me that I am more than I thought but as much as I realized. It’s hard to put into words but it felt so natural to slip into this ‘me’ that I had always known existed but hadn’t fully known how to access so completely. I was aware that even the smallest cells in my body had changed and the whole experience was amazing. Since I took Alison’s Universal Journey, I have felt that my crown has become more sensitive, more open. I feel a tingling sensation there whenever I talk about spiritual stuff; whenever the truth is being told. It’s like my source talking, like having a direct communication channel to my higher self… bringing spiritual consciousness into my day to day life. I am finding that having this direct connection now has helped keep me on track. I found the analysing afterwards useful – this was not something I had done before so all my past experiences in this area were a bit disjointed until I completed the Journey. It has also made it much easier to apply in my day to day life because of the practical slant Alison gives this. Overall the process was clear, easy to follow and felt very comfortable and I have recommended it to friends. I didn’t experience anything new on my Universal Journey as such, it all felt very natural to me, but what it did do was bring together all my previous experiences and bits that I had done in past meditations which all now make more sense.
